The equipment is mainly composed of iron materials. When abnormal wear occurs, it will definitely cause a significant increase in abrasive particles, leading to an increase in the concentration of ferromagnetic particles. FerroCheck2000 is equipped with a high-sensitivity magnetic sensor that can detect the concentration of ferromagnetic particles at the micrometer to millimeter level within 30 seconds, quickly reflecting the severity of equipment wear. At the beginning of equipment failure, discovering equipment abnormalities can prevent greater losses.

The detection accuracy of oil spectrometers is limited by the size of abrasive particles in the analyzed oil sample. When the particle size exceeds 3-8 microns (with varying degrees of restriction for different elements), the reliability of the analysis results of traditional oil spectrometers decreases. But for some heavy equipment, such as large gearboxes and bearings, they will produce approximately 10um of abrasive particles in the early stages of wear. It is obvious that the traditional oil spectrometer has significantly reduced its ability to monitor this wear state.
